Mott Community College – Workforce and Career Development has a wonderful training opportunity for training in Environmental Clean-up. With all the emphasis on our city nationally, the EPA Environmental Workforce Training Certificate program will equip participants with knowledge to gain employment to assist in that manner. Some of the training areas include:
- Emergency Response Procedures
- Exposure Guidelines
- Lead / Asbestos / Mold Awareness
- Respiratory Protection
- HAZWOPER
- Erosion / Sediment Control
The window for engagement is narrow, training begins Monday, February 8th. Students will be in session Mondays through Fridays, 8:00a – 5:00p, until April 8, 2016.
