The Flint & Genesee Convention and Visitors Bureau is proud to announce its second annual “Be a Tourist in Your Home Town.” This one-day event offers Flint & Genesee residents and non-residents the opportunity to experience what our community has to offer.

For just $1.00 per person, tourists (participants) can purchase a Passport which gives them the opportunity to visit and enjoy many different venues around Flint & Genesee. This Passport is also valid for discounts at many businesses and restaurants in Downtown Flint’s Entertainment District. Passports can be picked-up at the Riverfront Banquet Center in downtown Flint on the day of the event.

Last year, more than 15 Greater Downtown Flint Area attractions opened their doors for this event including:

  • The Riverfront/Dorms
  • The Capitol
  • Whaley Historic House Museum
  • Flint Institute of Arts
  • The Whiting (backstage tours)
  • Applewood Estates
  • Sloan Museum
  • Buick Gallery and more!

Complimentary transportation between attractions will be provided by Flint’s co-sponsor Mass Transportation Authority. Buses will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

DISCLAIMER: No refunds are available after July 14, 2014. To request a refund before this date, please call (810) 600-1457.
