A new option to celebrate Halloween is coming to Flint’s Historic Kearsley Park Pavilion. On October 30th the UM-Flint Historical Society and Feminists for Global Equality will be hosting “A Haunted Masquerade Ball”, a night of masque and revelry at the Historic Kearsley Park Pavilion. The event will run from 7:30-10pm. Tickets are available at the door for $10 but can be purchased in advance for only $5.

Reservations can before Oct. 24 by mailed to the UM-Flint History Department (ATT: History Club), 303 E. Kearsley St. 260 French Hall, Flint, Mi 48502.

The ball is a joint fundraiser between the two student-led organizations to encourage student involvement on both the UM-Flint campus and the surrounding community while promoting their clubs/causes. Refreshments will be provided and it is rumored that the “Phantom of the Park” will provide occasional theatrics. This is in partnership with Kearsley Park.
