King Avenue PLUS hosts small business resource fair on Sept. 14
M.L. King Avenue PLUS, a Flint neighborhood association, on Sept. 14 is hosting an informational fair for local small businesses to increase access to financial and other resources to help grow their businesses. The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Peace Garden on King Ave. between W. McClellan and W. Genesee streets.
The Flint & Genesee Economic Alliance will participate along with members of the eTEAM, a regional collaboration of entrepreneurial service providers, including 100K Ideas, Michigan Small Business Development, Metro Community Development and others. GOALS Credit Solutions, a credit counseling service, will also be present along with a vaccination clinic staffed by the Genesee County Health Department.
The event is free and open to the public.
