Grow your skills in neighborhood outreach and public safety while giving back to our community with Flint Urban Safety Corps! FUSC is currently looking for new members to eliminate blight and environmental contributors to crime, develop informational resources, plan community outreach events and activities, and support volunteer efforts in University Avenue Corridor.

Flint Urban Safety Corps is an AmeriCorps program of University of Michigan-Flint Department of Public Safety and United Way of Genesee County. Members are provided monthly networking and professional development opportunities and a living stipend. Additional benefits include an education award upon successful completion of one year of service, which may be used towards college tuition, student loans, or those of your children or grandchildren.
