Due to the increase in requests and subsequent staffing constraints, we only drop off and pick up sample bottles for homebound residents. There are few exceptions. Test bottles with instructions may be picked up at City Hall or the Water Plant on Stewart and Dort. Office hours are Monday through Friday 7am-4pm.
